Payment:

 

When booking more than 30 days before arrival, we will charge 25% of the amount as a deposit. This must be paid within one week. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. When booking later than 30 days prior to arrival, the entire rental payment is due at the time of booking..

 

During periods of high demand, the entire stay must be paid upon booking. This applies, among other things. for cabin rental in the summer holidays and under the animal show in Seljord. 

 

Cancellation:

 

If canceled more than 30 days before arrival, the deposit paid, minus one cancellation fee of NOK 300, will be refunded. If canceled later, the amount paid will not be refunded. We offer no cancellation insurance and request that guests arrange this with their own insurance company.

If the entire stay is paid and one wishes to cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of the rental will be refunded. In case of cancellation when it is less than 30 days prior to arrival, the amount paid will not be refunded.

 

Other Prices for Cottage rentals

Price for dog in medium-sized cottage (max. 2 dogs per cabin):

Kr. 100 pr day

Kr. 600 for 1 week

Additional deposit for dog comes in addition, Kr. 300.-

Wood --pr bag kr 100.- (Only sold in winter)

We only have a small number of cabins where it is allowed to bring a dog, so let us know when ordering if you want to have a dog. If the cabins where dogs are allowed are already rented out on arrival, and we have not been informed of this at the time of booking, the cottage is not guaranteed. Any amounts paid for the cabin rental are due in any case.
