The Cabins
In the heart of Telemark, more specifically Vrådal, you will find Nedre Strand. Here we have traditional Norwegian cottages with fantastic views of Vrådal and Lake Nisser. All the cottages are idyllically located, right by the private sandy beach and playground for the little ones. The cabins are centrally located just 600m from Vrådal town center and with only 5km to Vrådal ski center and 2km to the city's football track, lock museum and golf club there is easy access to all the activities Vrådal has to offer.

Cabin with attic
We have 1 newly build cottage with loft. It has 6 beds in 2 bedrooms, 1 loft, living room with fireplace (fireplace only in winter use), modern bathroom and a nice kitchen. It has a large terrace with nice barbecue possibilities and lovely views over water and mountains. The cottage is centrally located between the 2 playgrounds and our private sandy beach.
The cabin is handicap friendly and non-smoking.
Medium sized cabin
We have seven traditional medium sized cabins for up to 7 people. All have 6 beds in two bedrooms, and the possibility of an extra bed on the sofa bed in the living room. All cabins have a living room with fireplace, (fireplace only in use during the winter) newly renovated bathroom, kitchen area, drying cabinet, and terrace with roof and lovely views overlooking the water and mountains. The cabins are close to the private sandy beach, playground and bouncy pillow, so here are endless possibilities for fun and play!
Most of the cabins are handicapped accessible. All our cabins are non-smoking!
The big cabin
We have a large white villa for 12-20 people on 160m². This is suitable for several families such as holidays together, institutions, courses and the like. On 2 floors it has 4 bedrooms with a total of 20 beds, one large kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower, toilet and own sauna. In addition, it has two large living rooms, both with fireplaces!
This villa provides a cosy atmosphere to a nice holiday
Small Cabin
We have two small cabins for up to 4 people. One cabin is in a cozy traditional storehouse from the 19th century. Here there are bunk beds, a small living room with TV and a small kitchen.
The other cabin is a boathouse on the beach, also with bunk beds, and a small kitchen and living room. If you like being near sand and beach and having your own porch over the water, then this cottage should be tried.
These cabins do not have running water, but showers and toilets can be used in the sanitary facility that is attached to the campsite. All our cabins are non-smoking!
