Nature trails
In Vrådal you can experience both the forest and the mountains. Mountaintops at approx. 1000 meters are located around the village and is ideal for hiking.
Many of the trails are marked, but you can use a map and then the area will even more to offer. Hiking maps can be purchased at the reception.
M/S Fram
The Veteran ship M/S Fram takes you on a pleasant cruise around Nisser and Vråvatn.
Straand Sommarland
Here you can find an outdoor cafe, trampolines, sandy beach, playground, beach - volleyball courts and 12 meter high climbing tower!
Straand Horse center
Nice horses take you on a ride in the woods or instruction on the course .
Beaver Safari
Held Mondays in June-August.
Take a walk in the woods and meet the "forest builders". Learn about this exciting animal who makes big dams, huts and traps of large trees.
Starts in Vrådal City, at the hairsaloon. Until August 1 at. 20.00, after 1 August at. 18.30. The trip takes approx. 2.5 hours.
Registration at Fiskebekk hytteutleige before 12.00 pm the same day. Price NOK 150, - pr. person. A minimum of 6 persons per. Safari.

Golf - Putting
At Vrådal Panorama Ski Centre you will find a golf putting course. This is a cross between miniature golf and regular golf.
Bicycle Vrådal
Vrådal is a great area for short and long bike rides.
Vrådal Bicycle Terrain Park
Located at Vrådal Panorama Ski centre.
There are trails in the woods and ski slopes.
Vrådal Lock Museum
The museum is located at the lock Småstraum in Vrådal, one of the two locks in Vrådal. The museum shows and tells the history of Northern Europe's highest locks, boat traffic on Vråvatn and Nisser around the turn of the century as well as timber and construction of the locks. The museum is open when M/S Fram pass the lock.
Nordic Walking
Vrådal have trails that are specifically designed for Nordic Walking. The trails go through natural monitors of various types of terrain.
Gondola lift
The Chair Lift at Vrådal Panorama Ski Centre is in the summer turned into a gondola lift. A great way to get to the mountains for hiking!
Fishing
Nisser, Vråvatn and Vrådal many lakes are suitable for fishing.
